How does Morpheus8 work?
Morpheus8 combines the approach used in micro-needling with radio-frequency treatment to deliver powerful skin remodelling benefits. It has 24 tiny pins that safely penetrate the skin and the fat underneath the skin, allowing for controlled and precise treatment at multiple tissue depths. These pins release radio-frequency energy into the skin, heating it slightly to stimulate a natural regenerative response.
The controlled trauma created by the needle penetration, combined with radio-frequency energy, triggers a healing response within the body. The pin insertion encourages the release of collagen and elastin, while the heat generated by the radio-frequency causes contraction of the skin. Together, this dual action helps the skin appear plumper, firmer, and tighter.

The procedure
The 30-minute Morpheus8 procedure is simple, safe, and causes minimal discomfort and minimal downtime for patients. Numbing cream and local anaesthetic injection will be applied to the treatment area for additional comfort. After a small local anaesthetic, the doctor will apply the Morpheus8 applicator. The 24 coated pins at the applicator will penetrate into the subdermal tissue, coagulating the fat and contracting connective tissue and fat to tighten and correct lines and wrinkles in the areas.

After Morpheus8 treatment, some mild swelling, redness, or bruising is expected, but these effects typically disappear within a couple of days. Commonly, skin may feel tight immediately after treatment. Visible results can be seen within a few days after the treatment, but typically, after three weeks, the most noticeable results appear as the process of collagen and elastin production to tighten the area naturally takes a few weeks to complete. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment.
Avoid touching and applying any cream or makeup on the treated areas for 12 hours. After that, patients should moisturise the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure. Make-up can be applied 1 to 2 days after the treatment.

Most patients require a course of 3 Morpheus8 treatments for the best results. Each treatment is spaced 4 weeks apart and costs £1000, or we offer a course of 3 for a package price of £1950.
When will I see results?
