Refer a Friend

1. Eligibility:
   This offer is open to existing patients of McKeown Medical who refer a new patient to the clinic between 23 July and 31 August 2025.

2. Referral Criteria:
   The referred individual must be a new patient to the clinic (i.e., not previously treated at McKeown Medical).

3. Reward Details:
   A £50 credit will be applied to the referrer’s patient account once the referred friend has completed and paid for their treatment within the specified period.

4. Claiming the Reward:
   The referred patient must clearly state the full name of the person who referred them at the time of booking.

5. Credit Usage:
   The £50 credit can be redeemed against any future treatment or consultation at McKeown Medical. It is non-transferable and has no cash value. Only one referral credit can be used per appointment.

6. Multiple Referrals:
   There is no limit to how many friends a patient can refer. A separate £50 credit will be applied for each qualifying new patient referred.

7. Exclusions:
   Credits will not be awarded for no-shows, cancelled appointments, or appointments booked outside the specified period.

8. Expiry:
   Referral credits must be used within 6 months of being issued.

9. Right to Amend:
   McKeown Medical reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
