Susan is a central force within the clinic. It is her job to keep the clinic running all day, every day. She takes ultimate responsibility for managing the diaries, ensuring patients can get appointments for what they need, when they need it.
When patients arrive in the clinic for the first time Susan is usually the first person they meet and is uniquely skilled at immediately putting people at ease. She has been involved with the aesthetic industry for a long time now and is a great person to talk to for a patients perspective on any treatment. When it comes to introducing new treatments in the clinic Susan often gets the casting vote on whether or not we go ahead: she prides herself on knowing what women want, and what they are willing to go through to get it.
Deborah is our aesthetic therapist. When it comes to healthy glowing skin, your wish is her desire! Deborah undertakes all aspects of aesthetic therapy within the clinic including laser hair removal, laser thread vein removal, IPL photo facial skin rejuvenation as well as microdermabrasion.
Deborah also assists Amir during the surgical procedures, providing a friendly face for patients to chat to whilst Amir concentrates on the intricacies of the task at hand.
Mary is our Patient co-ordinator. If you need a last minute appointment, or want to think ahead and schedule your treatments for the year, then Mary will be delighted to find the most convenient time. When patients first arrive, she is there to greet them and put them at ease – feeling really nervous? Not a problem, she’ll even hold your hand.
Liz is our receptionist. As we believe in the old maxim that you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression, we are relieved that this falls into Liz’s capable hands. Engaging and friendly, she may be the first of our team that you speak with.
She also makes a great cup of tea.
